At St Brendan’s, we value student voice and believe leadership is shown through positive actions, service, and example. At St Brendan’s, we have multiple leadership opportunities for students, including our Student Representative Council (SRC), which comprises student representatives from each year level as well as the School Captains. We also offer a variety of Year 6 leadership roles, including School Captains, Social Justice Leaders, Environmental Leaders, Sports Captains, RE Leaders, STEAM Leaders, and Library Leaders. Our Student Leadership Team provides meaningful opportunities for students to lead, serve, and inspire others within our school community. Together, they model the expectations of St Brendan’s, setting a strong example for others to follow. All students are encouraged to show leadership at St Brendan’s through the way they consistently demonstrate our school expectations and represent themselves both within the school and in the wider community. We encourage student voice across the school and value the ideas, perspectives, and contributions of all students. Through these opportunities, students are supported to develop confidence, responsibility, and a strong commitment to service within our school community.
